Canadian congr of the Presbyterian Church in America entered that body when the Reformed Presbyterian Church, Evangelical Synod joined the Presbyterian Church USA in 1982. Others have been added through evangelism since the merger. The Canadian churches report that secularism and unbelief provide an opportunity for their churches to witness, and they express concern about the ongoing issue of Quebec sovereignty (cf. United States no. 31).
