The church was founded in 1982 by Rev. Lim Soon-Sam.It consists of one congregation, and its members are almost exclusively Koreans living in Chile. The church is part of the Korean Presbyterian Church in America (cf. United States no. 24). Currently the congregation is served by Rev. Choi Chong-Nam.
