These churches grew out of the movement initiated by Carl McIntire (cf. United States no. 7; Singapore). The first congregation was established in 1969 in Adelaide. Close links exist with the Bible Presb in Singapore. Through missionary efforts three large, principally Chinesespeaking, congr were founded in Perth, Adelaide, and Melbourne.
