This church was founded by Chung Yun-Song, who, together with Baek Kee, had participated in the reconstitution of JungAng (1976). He criticized the Assembly of JungAng for its contradictory attitudes and founded BoSuJaeGun in 1984. He opened a new seminary in 1985. Later BoSuJaeGun merged with another denomination and changed its name to BoSoTongHap.
