 In 1725 the Presbytery of Antrim, originally attached to the General Synod of Ulster (cf. no. 1), was rearranged so as to consist solely of the Presb ministers and congr in Ulster who objected to subscription to the Westminster Confession. They were joined by the Remonstrant Synod of Ulster, formed in 1830, and the Synod of Munster, to form the Association of Non-Subscribing Presb.
